Paul comes to the Les Twentyman Foundation with an enormous wealth of experience in working on delivering programs for youth and strong expertise in governance.
With more than 20 years of experience working in high-pressure policy rich environments delivering key services and economic and social outcomes both in Australia and overseas, including 17 years as a Director and senior member of the Executive Leadership Team at Glen Eira City Council, Paul’s dedication to young people along with his knowledge and experiences are invaluable for the foundation.
CHRIS LACEY
General Manager – Programs
Chris is a respected senior manager and leader with over 20 years of experience specialising in community development, inclusive sport & recreation, youth work, social connection and program development.
Chris has previously worked at organisations such as VicHealth, Sport & Recreation Victoria, Reclink Australia, Whitelion and Urban Seed where he was responsible for designing and rolling out innovative sport & recreation, youth, arts, community development and social enterprise initiatives aimed at engaging people and communities experiencing disadvantage.
SELU AH HONG
Team Leader – North West
Selu has extensive experience in residential care, case management, and working with young people, adults, and families, as well as forensic case management supporting clients at risk of entering the justice system.
Selu is passionate about bettering the lives of young people and is dedicated to providing guidance, support, and positive direction to those facing challenges. As a valued Team Leader, he supports the youth case management team while continuing his strong commitment to mentoring and empowering young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Selu is of New Zealand, Samoan, and Chinese heritage and has lived in Melbourne for almost a decade.
HELEN DUONG
Team Leader – Youth Services
Helen is Vietnamese-Australian and holds a Bachelor of Youth Work. She has more than six years of experience supporting young people in Out-of-Home Care, Therapeutic Residential Care, and within the NDIS sector.
Helen has a strong background in providing practical and emotional support for young people who face complex barriers to their quality of life. Helen joined LTF as a youth worker to continue her passion to support, encourage and empower each young people’s individual needs and strengths.
RENAE LIDDELL
Team Leader – West
Renae (she/her) has extensive experience working with young people aged 15–25 through therapeutic youth crime prevention programs across Melbourne’s north-west. Her work focuses on reducing re-offending and supporting vulnerable young people and their families to build positive futures.
She holds a Bachelor of Youth Work along with qualifications in Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Family Violence. Renae is passionate about ensuring young people have equal access to education, training, and opportunities, and is committed to removing barriers that limit their potential.
ASA ALEFAIO
In-School Youth Worker
Asa brings strong passion, drive, and experience to his work in the youth sector. He continues to support at-risk young people through his role with the Les Twentyman Foundation, where he is committed to helping young people find positive pathways forward.
Asa is dedicated to using his knowledge and experience to guide young people towards better outcomes and believes that strong teamwork, leadership, and support networks are essential in helping young people build confidence and reach their full potential.
RAYMOND ANE
In-School Youth Worker
Raymond holds a Cert IV and Diploma in Community Services and brings extensive experience supporting young people across community, school, and church settings. With over 15 years as a Residential Care Worker, he has a strong background in providing care, leadership, and support to vulnerable young people.
A passionate youth leader, Raymond contributes across church and community groups, coaching rugby, OzTag, and touch rugby, as well as leading choir and cultural groups in schools and the community deeply connected to culture and community. He is committed to giving back and creating positive pathways for the next generation.
RYAN BOLTON
Youth Worker
Ryan has been involved with the Les Twentyman Foundation for several years and plays a key role in facilitating the Braybrook 96ers Basketball Club. He is also heavily involved in delivering the Back-to-School Program and supporting young people through the Youth Support Service (YSS).
Ryan is passionate about using sport as a way to connect with young people, build strong relationships, and create positive outcomes within the community.
TAMSYN DE ROZARIO
Youth Worker
Tamsyn holds a Bachelor of Youth Work from Victoria University and has a strong passion for youth justice and advocacy. She is committed to empowering young people and ensuring they have the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Her dedication and enthusiasm make her a valuable member of the team, helping create meaningful change in the lives of the young people she works alongside.
LUZINDA GARTMANN
Media & Marketing Coordinator
She holds a Bachelor of Communication (Media Studies) and a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Behavioural Studies.
For over six years, Luzinda has managed digital media and marketing at the Les Twentyman Foundation, helping share the stories, programs, and impact of the organisation, while remaining committed to raising awareness and supporting better outcomes for young people in need.

Government & Media Relations
With over 20 years in media intelligence and communications, Randal has advised major Australian companies, government agencies, and brands like NAB, Telstra, and Honda.
As Director of Profile For Media, he is passionate about media accessibility, ensuring individuals and small businesses have a voice in an industry dominated by large corporations.
His expertise in traditional and new media makes him a valuable asset to the team.
MAYEN MAYEN
Youth Worker
Mayen has over five years of experience working with young people in residential care, and is passionate about empowering young people and creating positive opportunities within the community. He has also completed leadership and motivational speaking programs and regularly speaks with young people and community groups to inspire resilience, optimism, and personal growth.
Mayen has a strong background in community development and is an active committee member of the Bor Youth Association Australia within the South Sudanese Dinka community.
BETH MENNIE
Youth Worker
Beth has more than two decades of experience working with young people across education, disability, complex behaviour support, and child protection. She has extensive experience supporting young people with high and complex needs.
Beth is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and takes great pride in seeing them achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Her calm, patient, and supportive approach helps young people feel understood, build confidence, and stay motivated as they work towards positive outcomes.
MILLIE MISI
In-School Youth Worker
Millie is an experienced youth-focused youth worker with over 15 years of experience across youth work, residential care, justice, and community support sectors. Her practice is grounded in empowering young people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop sustainable education and employment pathways.
Of Samoan heritage, Millie was born in New Zealand and has lived in Melbourne for almost a decade. Her lived experience informs her culturally responsive, strengths-based approach and supports her ability to build genuine connections with young people from diverse backgrounds.
CARLY NAPOLI
Operations Coordinator
Carly has a strong background in community health and wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Criminal Justice, as well as a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Indigenous Health and Public Health.
Carly is passionate about creating opportunities for young people in the community, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, and is committed to supporting positive pathways through education, health, and community connection.
JANE O’CALLAGHAN

Jane has more than 20 years of experience working with children and young people as both a secondary school teacher and counsellor. She is passionate about guiding and mentoring young people and finds great reward in seeing them learn, grow, and gain confidence.
Jane is a strong advocate for early intervention and values the important lessons she learns from working with young people of all ages.

Miracle has more than five years of experience working with young people and families across the Brimbank and Melton communities. A proud Samoan community connector, he has led programs that strengthen cultural identity, family connection, and community engagement.
Through creative initiatives and training programs, Miracle empowers young people to discover their potential and build positive life pathways. He believes strong community connection is the foundation for helping young people feel supported, confident, and inspired.

Kylie has over 10 years of experience supporting young people who are at risk or disengaged from education and employment. She has a strong background in case management, school support, and outreach work.
Kylie is passionate about helping young people make positive changes in their lives and is dedicated to ensuring they receive the guidance, encouragement, and resources they need to succeed.
ANARA SHAKUR
In-School Youth Worker
Anara is an In-School Youth Worker with over six years of experience in the youth sector. She holds a Professional Certificate in Adolescent Counselling from Monash University, along with certifications in Mental Health and Youth Work from Victoria University.
In addition to her school-based role, Anara holds an expertise in supporting young people with diverse and complex needs. She is highly committed to early intervention and believes strong relationships, timely support, and positive guidance are key to creating safer and brighter futures for young people.
MARIELLA TEURIA
Sports Support Coordinator
Mariella has more than 20 years of experience in community development, program delivery, and supporting young people at risk. She has coached and managed teams across a range of sports including AFL, netball, and basketball.
Mariella plays an important role in the Les Twentyman Foundation’s sporting programs, including the 96ers Basketball team, where she builds strong relationships with young people and supports them to develop confidence, teamwork, and positive life skills through sport.
JULIA TROST
In-School Youth Worker
Julia is passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes and brings over seven years of experience in the youth sector, along with a Bachelor of Youth Work. She has worked across residential care and school settings, supporting vulnerable and disengaged young people from diverse backgrounds, many with complex needs.
Julia believes that empathy, advocacy, and building strong, trusting relationships are key to helping young people develop confidence, stay engaged, and reach their full potential.
